Pilates In The Park - Gosforth Central
Join us in Gosforth Central Park on the 31st August at 8am. We are collaborating with Etto On The Park to provide the hot drink goodies for this one!

MamaFit - Free Community Class
A free fitness class for mams and their babies in the gorgeous outdoors. Take a deep breath and be ready to move through a fun workout specific for postnatal bodies led by fully qualified instructor, Catherine.
This class is free but please bring your own mat and water and anything else you may need for you and/or baby.
All other pieces of equipment will be provided.
After the class, for those who love a natter, we will then be going for a coffee in the cafe on site.

A free Pilates class in the gorgeous outdoors. Take a deep breath and be ready to move through a signature mat class with Pilates instructor, Catherine.
