A free fitness class for mams and their babies in the gorgeous outdoors. Take a deep breath and be ready to move through a fun workout specific for postnatal bodies led by fully qualified instructor, Catherine.
This class is free but please bring your own mat and water and anything else you may need for you and/or baby.
All other pieces of equipment will be provided.
After the class, for those who love a natter, we will then be going for a coffee in the cafe on site.
